We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60 CAD. Orders under $60 CAD are shipped at a flat rate of $6.99 CAD.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the time of purchase. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as shipping timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, and once placed, orders cannot be canceled.

Address Corrections

If you entered an incorrect address, please email us at datethebar@gmail.com as soon as possible to inquire about order status. While we will make reasonable efforts to update the address, we cannot guarantee it as we work with third-party courier companies and must adhere to their timelines.

If the order has shipped, you may contact the shipping carrier from the tracking link request delivery change. This can only be done by the receiver.

Missed Deliveries

Once an order has shipped, customers are encouraged to monitor delivery progress using the tracking link provided. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the shipping carrier may redirect the package to a nearby pickup location in accordance with their policies.

It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package from the designated pickup location within the carrier’s stated timeframe. Date The Bar is not responsible for packages that are not collected or are returned to us due to missed delivery or failure to pick up, and refunds or reshipments will not be issued in such cases.
